Ordered a 6 month subscription in October, and received two shipping notifications. No boxes have arrived. Emailed customer service many times, no response. Had to contact my bank to get a refund. Very shady.

Please be Aware this is a scam. We ordered a 3 month subscription last October. Have received notifications and confirmation emails of shipment. Today is 24 jan 19 and still no news. Should have known better when there was no contact number. So sad when my daughter had specifically asked for this for Xmas.

This is a scam, no reply to emails no boxes sent out but payments taken on time ever time! no response to facebook messages, save your children the dissapointment and get the kiwi box instead as they turn up

Paid for 3 month subscription in December. It’s now February & I’m still yet to receive anything. Total scam. I had to cancel my card to stop them from taking more money for nothing. No reply to any emails. Don’t do it!
