Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Personalised items cannot be refunded not can personal care items such as beauty products.
Exchanges are available by way of returning the item and the ordering the new item as a seperate purchase.
Refunds will be given once we receive the returned item and have inspected and approved the refund. You will then be refunded automatically to your original payment method.
